New faculty position in Division of Biomedical Informatics at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS)

 The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is recruiting faculty to its newly formed Division of Biomedical Informatics at the Assistant or Associate rank in the tenure track. 

A free-standing division within the College of Medicine, the Division of Biomedical Informatics is building research and training programs in biomedical informatics.  Additionally, it is engaged in strategic initiatives across campus including building informatics support for clinical and translational research, cancer research, patient care, and more. 

A PhD or MD equivalent in biomedical informatics or a closely related field–including (but not limited to) medical informatics, bioinformatics, computer science, and information science–is a requested.
