Learn about a new integrated approach to assess EGFR activation in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections by measuring sub-cellular localization of phospho-EGFR, total EGFR, and a downstream kinase, phospho-ERK. Panelists will discuss how to combine commercially-developed antibody cocktails with spectral imaging and automated image analysis to accurately and easily determine percent activation of EGFR-positive cells using the detection of phosho-EGFR and phospho-ERK as indicators of activation.

Panelists include:
Randy Wetzel
Director of Cytometry
Cell Signaling Technologies

Cliff Hoyt
Co-Founder and CTO
Cambridge Research & Instrumentation, Inc.
