George Lauro has Joined Corista’s Company Board

He is founding partner of Alteon Capital, a Venture Development firm based in Cambridge, Mass. He was Managing Director/Partner at Wasserstein Perella and was Managing Director at Techfarm Ventures in Silicon Valley He’s led and syndicated 28 private equity financing rounds and completed equity and M&A transactions exceeding $1.5B in value. He attended Brown (BSEE), the Wharton School (MBA) and MIT (graduate studies in Aeronautical Engineering), and holds 23 patents in inertial guidance GPS and RF devices.
