Complimentary TMA Workshop from in Philadelphia on Wednesday, November 20th

Please join ISENET and our partners on Wednesday, November 20^th, for a complimentary Tissue MicroArray Workshop titled “TMA Technology Applied to Biomarker Validation and Diagnostic Applications.”  The objective of the Tissue Array Workshop is to discuss, with a panel of TMA experts, how to optimize the use of Tissue Microarrays for Research Projects (e.g.Biomarkers Validation, etc.) and exploring the possibility to use TMA technology for diagnostic applications.

Particular attention will be given to the establishment of a “High Through-put Tissue Array Integrated Pathology Platform” beginning with the design, construction, whole slide image capture, image management, and image analysis for automatic scoring of cores.  At the end of the workshop there will be a specific hands-on session dedicated to look at the ISENET Galileo Tissue Arrayer, Hamamatsu NanoZoomer viewing stations, Visiopharm Image Analysis Software, and PathXL Pathology Image Management IT Platform.
