I don’t normally mention stories of untimely deaths or personal tragedies but several of my alerts for news have picked up this story and noticed it on several media outlets including The Daily Mail with local televison station video. And this one happens to involve a pathologist from Chicago who was working at Northwestern University.
A Miami Herald story has a quote from a residency colleague who describes succintly the kind of man and person Dr. Kulesza was. Details of whether there was foul play, accidental or intentional are currently unknown and/or have not been released to my knowledge.
