Title: Digital Pathology Image Analysis Tools for Cancer Research
Abstract: In this session we will demonstrate the use of Aperio® histology pattern recognition tool Genie™, to automate the separation of tumor cells from non-tumor components in IHC stained breast sections and then select only the tumor cells for analysis of nuclear staining on breast sections probed with biomarkers for ER, PR and Ki67.
