Digital Pathology Workshop

The DPA will host a workshop at the Pathology Informatics Summit next week, providing participants with a broad and introductory overview of the field of digital pathology, including uses, benefits and limitations of digital pathology, an overview of the underlying technology (primarily whole slide imaging) and regulatory, workflow and financial considerations. The workshop will include a hands-on session focused on providing insights into basic principles of digital slide viewing and analysis.

This workshop is intended for anyone interested in obtaining a basic understanding of digital pathology, or a refresher course on the current state of digital pathology.
