Quantification of IHC and ISH cancer biomarkers using HALO

PRESENTER: KATE LILLARD, PHD | INDICA LABS
Indica Labs offers dedicated analysis tools for cancer research using the HALO Image Analysis Platform. In this 60-minute webinar, we will discuss how our brightfield analysis tools can be used to extract quantitative data from scanned tumor tissues. The following applications will be demonstrated:
  • Analyze vessels and cell-based markers, such as Ki67, ER, PR, p53, EGFR, and others
  • Quantify RNA or DNA in situ hybridization, up to two probes
  • Separate tumor and non-tumor using train-by-example tissue classification or by dual staining with tumor specific marker such as cytokeratin
  • Simplify selection of analysis regions and facilitate heterogeneity analysis using new annotation tools
