Don Ariyakumar and Timothy Baradet, Ph.D, join PathXL after major breakthrough into the US market.
BEL AIR, MD, USA (December 10, 2014) /EINPresswire.com/ — PathXL announced today that Don Ariyakumar and Timothy Baradet, Ph.D., have joined the US Division of the company to support and further develop their growing portfolio of customers in the US market.
Having recently gained three high profile clients, whom are among the 15 Top Cancer Centers in the US, both Don and Tim will work with John Durborow, Director of Sales and Business Development North America, to ensure that clients receive innovative products, combined with exceptional service.
Taking the role of Pre-Sales and Application Scientist, Tim Baradet, Ph.D. will be directly involved with both pre- and post-sales activities, providing installation, training, and technical support for PathXL clients in the US. Having spent most of his working career in pathology laboratories, Tim joins PathXL from the Digital Pathology Laboratory at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine, where he was Director for the last four years. Tim, who holds a Doctorate in Molecular Pathobiology, brings vast experience and industry knowledge to his role. He said:

Don Ariyakumar joins PathXL as Technical Sales Specialist. A core element of his role involves working with customers during the sales process, in order to assess and provide the best solutions for their requirements from the broad range of PathXL products. Don has a real passion for the industry and was instrumental in establishing a start-up biotech venture, of which he was principal. With both undergraduate and masters degrees in Biology, he went on to manage both the Ultrastructural Pathology Laboratory at the University of Minnesota, and the Nevada Cancer Program. Having been aware of PathXL for some time, Don stated:
