Huron Digital Pathology Announces Leadership Change

Huron Digital Pathology, a provider of whole slide imaging solutions, today announced the appointment of Patrick Myles to the position of President, effective immediately. He replaces Reda Fayek who left the company recently to pursue other interests.

“Huron Digital Pathology is entering an exciting phase in its development and we are all focused on bringing our whole slide scanning solutions to the growing digital pathology market,” said Savvas Chamberlain, Chairman of Huron. “The board and I are confident that Patrick has the experience and leadership skills required to lead growth at Huron.”

Patrick joined Huron Digital Pathology in October 2014 and previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Business Development. Prior to Huron, he was Vice President of Business Development at Teledyne DALSA, an international manufacturer of digital imaging components with $250 million in annual revenue. Over a period of 18 years at the company, he held leadership roles in investor relations, marketing, and served as secretary to the board. Patrick has a BA from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
