Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML) Selects XIFIN for Accounts Receivable Management Technology Framework
XIFIN Inc., the financial cloud computing company revolutionizing the business of healthcare diagnostics from patient to payment, today announced that Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories, LLC (PAML), one of the largest clinical reference laboratories in the nation, has selected its accounts receivable and financial management platform to optimize billing and claims management and improve interoperability to meet growing business demands.
XIFIN’s cloud-based AR management solution will provide complete, end-to-end revenue cycle access and visibility and real time communications throughout the organization’s IT infrastructure as well as between payors, referring physicians, patients and laboratories within the PAML network.
“We are very excited to be partnering with XIFIN,” said Francisco R. Velàzquez, M.D., S.M., President and Chief Executive Officer of PAML, LLC and PAML Ventures. “With the accelerating rate of change we are seeing in today’s healthcare billing and payor environment, we made the strategic decision to partner with XIFIN for the technology infrastructure, rather than trying to keep pace using legacy software and manual processes. This will allow PAML to focus on providing our hospitals, physicians and patients with high quality testing and exemplary customer service.”
“PAML’s plans for growth dictate an interoperable platform that enables the real time exchange of information, and the XIFIN solution represents a totally new approach to revenue cycle management that is uniquely suited to fulfill PAML’s needs,” stated Lâle White, CEO of XIFIN. “The expanding PAML network is an ideal organization to benefit from XIFIN’s platform to improve both financial performance for the organization and the overall accounts receivable management process for all involved.”
