Webinar Announcement: Analysis of IHC and H&E-stained Pancreatic Tissue using the HALO Image Analysis Platform
Indica Labs offers dedicated analysis tools for metabolic research using the HALO Image Analysis Platform. In this 60-minute webinar, we will discuss how our tools can be used to extract quantitative data from scanned brightfield & fluorescent pancreatic tissue. The following applications will be demonstrated:
• Determine alpha and beta cell area
• Quantify proliferation or apoptosis within insulin-positive or negative cell populations
• Analyze islet area and cellular composition (number of alpha and beta cells per islet)
• Analyze H&E-stained pancreas using the new HALO Tissue Classifier
