Earlier this week, Simon Häger, Product Manager, Sectra Digital Pathology Solution wrote a nice reflection/opinion piece on Sectra’s website entitled “Who Can Claim Ownership of a Pathology Image?” Simon reflects on “single vendor” or “end-to-end” versus “best of breed” approach.
I find the arguments to be compelling for looking at one approach compared to the other and without spoiling the piece I think it is best to simply refer you to the piece and let you decide if his comments on why one approach is better than the other perhaps fit your views and needs. So, check out one vendor’s answer to “end-to-end” or “best-of-breed”?
