After the transition of our pathology lab in LabPon to a fully digital workflow, we began setting up new, more accurate workflow analyses. We compared digital workflow with conventional ones, as well as, the time to come to a diagnosis by a pathologist using microscope vs digital system. We have found that the digital diagnostic process is faster, more efficient and qualitatively better than the workflow using a microscope.

In the webinar Dr Baidoshvili will present his results of these workflow analyses, together with all the experience gained, providing an overview of the challenges and improvements in diagnostics and logistics through digitalization in our laboratory.
