Upcoming webinar: PathXL Tutor Version 8.0 Overview
Cirdan, a global leader in pathology informatics and imaging, since acquiring the Belfast-based Philips Digital and Computational Pathology business (formerly known as PathXL) in July 2020, has enhanced its existing product offering with PathXL’s digital pathology, image analysis, deep learning, and educational tools. As part of this, Cirdan has invested further in refining and developing the successful PathXL Tutor software platform, with the latest version due to be released at the end of next month.
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a webinar on 11th March at 4pm-5pm (GMT), to provide a walk through of the new release of version 8.0 of PathXL Tutor.

Launch of New Customer Service Portal
On 1st February we were delighted to launch our new customer service portal, with the first roll out taking place with our PathXL Tutor platform. The portal will be made available across all our solutions in the coming months.
Our new support portal is built with a workflow driven method, so our Customer Service Engineers have as much information as possible to resolve any tickets as quickly as possible. Users can easily access the portal via our new URL (https://support.cirdan.com). Through the portal our customers are able to see their support enquiries and progress all in the one place. The new portal is easily accessible, anytime, anywhere on any device.
