WEBINAR ANNOUNCEMENT
Comparing stain co-localization across IHC sequential cuts to co-expression in multiplexed immunofluorescence on a single slide
April 8 2021
8:00 PDT | 11:00 EDT | 16:00 BST
8:00 PDT | 11:00 EDT | 16:00 BST
.
In this webinar Dr. Máté Nagy, from NeGenomics will discuss a method for comparing data obtained from single stain IHC on sequential sections to multiplexed immunofluorescence (IF). Dr. Nagy will describe in detail the HALO® workflow used for performing stain co-localization analysis in sequential IHC cuts, including color deconvolution, slide registration, cell-type classification, and export of object level data using registered coordinates. The resulting co-localization output will be compared and contrasted against true co-expression on a single slide using multiplexed immunofluorescence captured with the Vectra® Polaris™.
