Indica Labs Announces New Masterclass Webinar
Learning Objectives
- Learn how HALO AI can advance your image analysis with an easy-to-use interface
- Learn about available HALO AI networks and options and how to use them to optimize nuclear detection in a variety of brightfield and fluorescence multiplexing assays, such as Multiplex IHC and Highplex FL
- Learn how to use the HALO AI Nuclei Phenotyper, how to utilize it in the context of HALO modules, and how this interacts with AI nuclear segmentation
This webinar is ideal for anyone utilizing cell-based digital pathology in their research. Examples of cell-based modules in HALO include Multiplex IHC, Highplex FL, ISH, ISH-IHC, FISH, FISH-IF, Cytonuclear, and more.
Abstract:
Following up on our HALO 3.2 Masterclass: Deep Dive into AI-based Nuclear Segmentation and Phenotyping, in this Masterclass webinar with HALO 3.3, we will further delve into options for AI-based nuclear segmentation and phenotyping.
First, we will demonstrate images where traditional image analysis struggles, and showcase examples where AI-based nuclear segmentation excels. We will discuss differences between the AI networks available and parameters for optimizing the segmentation in the context of HALO modules, such as Highplex FL. We will demonstrate how to use the Nuclei Phenotyper, how to embed it within HALO modules, and discuss how this interacts with AI-based nuclear segmentation.
Presenter
