Sales Executive
Essential Skills/Qualifications
Candidates must have 10+ years of proven success selling into Healthcare IT and clinical opportunities with a thorough understanding of IT ecosystems, data management and enterprise imaging solutions. An understanding of pathology laboratory workflows a plus.
Candidates will have the ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and digital solutions and clearly articulate value propositions while overcoming objections from all levels of an organization. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), candidates will also require strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute market plans and campaigns to generate new name business for Corista solutions. Plan strategies for target accounts to achieve sales goals and grow prospect pipeline.
- Serve as the principal liaison between Corista and customer. Enhance business relationships by providing high levels of responsiveness and represent customer interests/issues until satisfactory resolution. Broaden contacts throughout customer organization. Develop and continuously update account profiles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the breadth and depth of Corista solutions, and present/demonstrate the platform to an audience of clinical, operational and technical buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and infrastructure to develop customized solutions. Generate proposals to implement the software and professional services to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback from customers regarding product performance. Provide input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement.
- Represent Corista at sales conferences to promote the Company’s products and services.
- Research industry and market trends and share best practices with internal and external colleagues.
- Utilize and update customer relationship management tools to organize communication methods.
