Dr. Plocharczyk earned her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Chicago and her master’s of public health and medical degree from Ohio State University. She completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and a fellowship in Dermatopathology also at Ohio State and has practiced in Ithaca since 2013. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dermatopathology, and Clinical Informatics.
