Summary
This webinar will showcase the latest advancements in HALO, HALO AI, and HALO Link 4.1 designed to enhance workflow efficiency for multiplexed image analysis. The new High Dimensional Analysis module introduces unsupervised clustering and dimensional reduction, enabling deeper insights and interactive exploration of complex data sets. The Threshold Assist tool provides data-driven intensity distribution analysis, ensuring precise tuning of analysis settings. The streamlined phenotype setup simplifies high-plex analysis by allowing easy editing of phenotype criteria across multiple channels.
Enhancements to view settings in HALO and HALO Link include advanced histogram options, multi-image comparison, and batch application of view settings across a study. The redesigned Figure Maker, now integrated into HALO Link, allows users to build, save, and refine publication-ready figures directly within the platform. Additional HALO Link updates introduce whole-slide image downloads and seamless Visiopharm Oncotopix integration for annotations, ROIs, and labels.
HALO AI features an improved AI annotation tool, offering a more intuitive experience with enhanced fluorescence support. Other quality-of-life improvements include batch management of training regions and validation sets, labeling of classifier pipeline markups, and streamlined batch analysis using AI Apps.
These enhancements, along with additional powerful features, accelerate AI-powered analysis, streamline workflows, and unlock deeper discovery from complex imaging data. Don’t miss this opportunity to see how these cutting-edge tools can transform your research.
