Evolving to a cloud-native ecosystem

New cloud technologies enable rapid deployment and update of a platform like OMERO Plus, broadly within the category termed Infrastructure as Code (IaC). We are excited to announce the availability of cloud-first OMERO Plus products using IaC.

For both new product offerings in the OMERO Plus ecosystem, Glencoe Software has developed custom Amazon Machine Images, or AMIs, for use within AWS deployments. Further, our CloudFormation scripts handle the remaining pieces of OMERO Plus deployment.

A lasting enterprise standard

Each of Glencoe Software’s customer deployments is unique, and we are proud of our flexibility in adapting to the requirements of varied institutions. OMERO Plus is deployed either on-premises or with your preferred cloud provider, including professional software support, by Glencoe experts.
