Reveal Biosciences is creating a new generation of data powered pathology to improve global healthcare. Our proprietary deep learning-based platform, ImageDx, delivers scientists and pathologists a novel class of actionable, quantitative data to accelerate research and enhance patient care.
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented lead data scientists to play key roles in the development of computer assisted decision support tools for digital pathology. This is an excellent leadership opportunity to work on challenging, interesting projects with potential for significant societal impact.
Successful candidates should enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment and will have excellent communication and creative problem solving skills. Previous experience in digital pathology, high content screening, or working with other large unstructured image data sets is a plus.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in a “STEM” major (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent field plus 5 years analytics development.
Demonstrated deep learning expertise building novel CNN, RNN, LSTM and GANs.
Strong implementation experience with a variety of high-level languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, CNTK, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in modeling and in the development and application of descriptive, applied, and predictive analytics on industrial datasets
Demonstrated expertise in large scale analytics development and deployment
Experienced writing peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts
