Our paper “A deep learning system for prostate cancer diagnosis and grading in whole slide images of core needle biopsies” has been published in the March issue of Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio). 

The paper describes our system for the automated triaging and grading of whole slide images from biopsies of prostate carcinoma patients. Our Deep Learning-based system, when used as an assistive tool for core needle biopsy (CNB) reviews, improves the consistency and accuracy of grading and can lead to better patient outcomes.
