In this webinar, Indica Labs will discuss advancements in antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) therapies and the growing need for reproducible methods to quantify expression and spatial context. This presentation introduces the ADC Target Scoring analysis module in HALO®, designed to streamline analysis for ADC-focused assays.
By integrating AI membrane and nuclear segmentation with built-in spatial analysis, the ADC Target Scoring workflow enables Quantitative Continuous Scoring (QCS) strategies. Expanded membrane compartment detection and additional optical density metrics provide data for bioinformatic pipelines, supporting analysis of varied membrane and cytoplasmic staining patterns relevant to ADC biology.
Attendees will gain insight into how simplified inputs and AI detection reduce manual tuning. A live demonstration will guide participants through the full workflow, including cell segmentation, Threshold Assist, customization of object-level outputs, and visualization of quantitative and spatial results.
